InfraStrategies is advising the High Desert Corridor Joint Powers Agency (HDC JPA) on financial strategies, plans, and processes for the development of the HDC high speed rail project, which will connect the California HSR and Brightline West lines. Our team is developing new policies for the nascent agency, advising on the optimal business model for each phase of development, and supporting procurement of engineering and other contracts. The InfraStrategies team also developed the grant application for the Federal Railroad Administration’s Federal-State Partnership for Intercity Passenger Rail (FSP) Program.
