Erin is a Senior Consultant specializing in transportation policy, innovative partnerships, and strategic planning for transportation and planning agencies across the country. With a proven track record working in both the public and private sectors, Erin helps her clients navigate critical challenges in intergovernmental collaboration, policy analysis, project financing, grant writing, strategic planning, and community engagement.
At InfraStrategies, Erin is currently developing recommendations at the intersection of politics, policy, and planning for the North Central Texas Council of Governments to improve regional collaboration and connectivity for the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region—the most rapidly growing region in the nation. At home in Los Angeles, she is overseeing a consultant team to analyze and refine LA Metro’s tools and efforts in budget equity.
Previously, Erin served as a Senior Regional Planner and Project Manager at the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), where she scoped innovative pilot projects in the areas of Universal Basic Mobility, Open Loop Payments, Mobility Hub design, and Big Data applications and oversaw significant grant distributions to County Transportation Commissions.
As Senior Management Analyst for the City of Ventura, California, Erin played a pivotal role in the city's largest capital investment to date – a $500 million+ purified recycled water program. She successfully managed all financing, public outreach, and environmental permitting activities, notably securing and closing two US EPA WIFIA loans totaling $174 million. Her leadership overseeing strategic planning workshops helped shape the program's vision and direction.
Erin launched her career at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC as an Environmental Consultant, where she managed environmental policy and permitting for coastal infrastructure projects.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of Southern California's Sol Price School of Public Policy and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College.
