InfraStrategies is providing advisory and project management services for Glydways, an on demand, high capacity mobility system that uses autonomous, personal vehicles called Glydcars and moves riders safely in dedicated lanes. InfraStrategies’ services for Glydways broadly focus on the development and potential deployment of advanced ground transport within the urban and intercity space, specifically within two jurisdictions in the San Francisco Bay Area. InfraStrategies staff is advising on strategic planning efforts, project financial planning, development of financial strategies for fixed guideway projects, and providing grant assistance and strategy services. As part of this work, InfraStrategies senior staff provided support on messaging, funding opportunities, and overall financial strategy to support Glydways’ developmental strategy and business plan.
